Trust is documented.
Anyone can put a badge on a website. We put paperwork behind every batch instead: an FDA-registered facility in Dallas, Texas, GMP certified by Carat Global Assurance, batch release testing, retention samples, and end-to-end lot traceability, with NSF and SQF certifications in progress. This page states exactly what we hold, what is underway, and what the documentation covers.
What stands behind every batch.
Paperwork that survives diligence.
Retail buyers, marketplaces, investors, and counsel all eventually ask the same question: prove it. Every production run generates the proof as it happens. Batch records document what was made, how, and by which procedures. Certificates of analysis document what testing found. Retention samples preserve a physical reference for every lot.
All of it is ready on request for diligence, audit, and retail buyer review. Cleaning and changeover between runs are validated and recorded, and lot traceability runs end to end, from ingredient receipt through the can on the shelf.
One thing you will not find here: certificate numbers we do not hold or dates we cannot stand behind. What is certified is stated, what is in progress is labeled in progress, and the difference matters to us as much as it does to your buyers.
Compliance, answered.
Q01Is PouchMade FDA approved?
The FDA does not approve dietary supplement manufacturers or dietary supplements, so any manufacturer claiming to be "FDA approved" is misstating how the system works. The accurate claim, and ours, is an FDA-registered facility that is GMP certified by Carat Global Assurance (CGA) for dietary supplements.
Q02Is your facility GMP certified?
Yes. Our Dallas, Texas facility holds GMP certificate CGA-1018-CH from Carat Global Assurance (CGA), scoped to dietary supplements and audited against the CGA GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements, 21 CFR Part 111, 21 CFR Part 117, and ISO/IEC 17065:2012. This is a third-party assessment, not a self-declared standard.
Q03What does cGMP mean in pouch manufacturing?
Current Good Manufacturing Practice, applied to dietary supplements under 21 CFR Part 111. In practice it means written procedures for every process, qualified equipment, controlled ingredients, in-process checks during the run, cleaning validated and recorded between runs, and a batch record documenting all of it. Our GMP certificate from Carat Global Assurance confirms these practices are audited, not just claimed.
Q04Are you NSF or SQF certified?
Not yet, and we will not claim it before it is true. Both certifications are in progress. Our GMP certification from Carat Global Assurance is already complete, and the quality systems NSF and SQF examine, traceability, testing, and documentation, are already in operation. This page will be updated when each certification completes.
Q05Can you provide COAs and batch records?
Yes. Batch records, certificates of analysis, retention samples, and monitoring data are maintained on every run and are ready on request for diligence, audit, and retail buyer review.
Q06Do you keep retention samples?
Yes. Retention samples are held from production batches as part of our cGMP program, so a physical reference exists for every lot if a question ever comes up after shipment.
Q07How does lot traceability work?
End-to-end. Ingredients are tracked from receipt through formulation, filling, canning, and shipment, so any can in the market traces back to its batch record, its testing, and its ingredient lots.
