We start with a brief call to understand your concept, target consumer, and format requirements. From there we scope a formulation brief, agree on actives and flavor direction, and move into lab development. First samples typically arrive within 2 weeks^*.

Q02What's the minimum order for custom R&D?

Production runs start at 5,000 cans per SKU, even for custom formulations. The R&D program itself — formulation, sampling, and stability work — is scoped as a defined project before you commit to a run, and we structure phased commitments so a new formula can launch small and scale on the same line.

Q03Will you turn down briefs?

Sometimes. If a concept isn't viable, safe, or something we can execute to the standard it deserves, we'll tell you early. We'd rather lose a brief than ship something that damages your brand.
