Q01Do my files get uploaded?
No. Your files are read and drawn entirely in your browser, and the downloadable renders are made there too. Close the tab and they are gone. When you download, we receive your name, email, company and the filenames, not the artwork.
Q02What file types work?
PNG, JPEG, WebP, PDF and Illustrator (.ai saved with PDF compatibility). Start with whatever you have. A PNG needs roughly 300 dpi across the die to print cleanly, and the tool tells you if it falls short; PDF and Illustrator files stay sharp at any zoom.
Q03Which can is this?
The standard 70 mm pouch can we run on our line: 2.3125 in top and bottom discs and an 8.6875 x 0.6875 in side wrap. The same geometry our press proofs use.
Q04Can I use the renders in a pitch deck?
Yes. The six PNGs are yours to use however you like. If the brand goes to production with us, the same label files feed straight into the press proof.
